Exhaust pipe connection joints so you can bolt an exhaust system together using these cool clean cut plates from Kustom Bitz. Available in mild steel or stainless steel. Our 2 bolt versions are available in sizes to suit exhaust tube O.D. of 2 inch, 2 1/4 inch and 2 1/2 inch. Our 3 bolt versions are available in sizes to suit exhaust tube O.D. of 2 1/2 inch and 3 inch. We also make matching header collector block off plates.
 
Our exhaust flange plates are sized for the most common of header collector pipes and the most commonly available metalised exhaust gaskets. Of course we can custom make them for your application if you have a good sample POA.
   
As you can see from the picture above how we have a common gasket size and bolt pattern for easy selection. All our exhaust connection flange plates and header block off plates are 10mm thick so they will last and not warp out of shape. Note that most of the other similar products offered on the internet are price driven and only 5mm thick which will warp and open up with the constant heat cycles and some to not match common gasket sizes.
