Kustom Bitz makes these sturdy header plates in 10mm thick mild steel and we  also make them in 10mm thick stainless steel.
 
Custom made header plates ~ if you have a good accurate gasket or you are prepared to drop the head off to us Kustom Bitz can make a header plate to suit your application. Alternatively if you can produce an accurate drawing in AutoCAD we can make it for you.
 
All Kustom Bitz header plates have nice radius edges and clean flowing lines so they look cool and to allow polishing and flapper discs to quickly clean them up ready for chrome or in the case of stainless steel pre-polishing before you weld them up.
 
Another feature of KustomBitz extractor head flanges is that we have sized the hole in the header flange so the extractor tube will go through it which makes for easy welding of the inside of the flange and removes the need for unsightly welds on the outside and also allows more room for bolt and spanner clearance.
   
Most other header plates and extractor flanges offered for sale on the internet are only 8mm or thinner. The problem is with these thinner versions is they are prone to warp and that leads to trouble with fitting and un wanted extra noise.  There is a lot of labour in making custom extractors or headers so you need good exhaust parts in the first place.

Typically we have sized our header plates for 1 1/2 inch tube, 1 3/4 inch tube and 2 inch tube. Other sizes can be custom made upon request POA.
