Kustom Bitz only supplies quality brand name performance push rods.

Performance push rods work exceptionally hard in an engine with increased valve spring pressures and quicker lobe profiles so you do not want to skimp on parts and buy on price only. Make sure you use quality heat treated and precision machined push rods from reputable suppliers.

A note for the novice engine builder is to only use hardened push rods with push rod guide plates. Note that some early heads in Holden six cylinder red motors and Ford 289 Windsors had tight tollerance push rod holes in the head which works in place of guide plates. You can not use standard push rods in these applications beasue they will chew out, bend and break.
